Motherhood is rarely an easy ride. Becoming a mother can be a difficult process from conception to birth to changes in relationships, identity and body.
Many people experience emotional distress around becoming or being a parent. If you are experiencing difficulties or worries regarding your mental health as a mum or mum-to-be, I can help. There are many aspects of motherhood that can trigger emotional difficulties, from struggling to conceive, IVF, miscarriage or birth trauma through to relationship challenges, finding your identity or your bond with your child and enjoyment of life.
I am an experienced maternal mental health counsellor and can work with you to understand your feelings and find a way through.
